My first try to capture the starry sky above us. Because my area is voll of light polition I tried it on my last holiday in a smal village deep in the bavarianforest. Later I viewed a Light pollution map on the net and found out that the area is also marked with medium polution. It seems there are only a view areas in germany with low or no light polution.
My first steps with infrared photography. As a toy for my this years summer vacation at the bavarian forest I bought me a Heliopan Infrared 715 filter. This is the result of my experiments. I could say my Nikon d800 worked very well with this kind of filter. And I dont get the „Hotspot“ mit my Nikon 70-200. Its a nice toy ant I will use it again on my next vacation. The lake is a barrier lake called Drachensee.
Mein erster Versuch mit der Infrarot Fotografie. Für meinen letzten Urlaub im Bayrischen Wald hab ich mir den Heliopan Infrarot 715 Filter geholt. Und ich war sehr zufrieden damit. Wobei ich nie einen anderen ausprobiert habe und somit keine Vergleichsmöglichkeit habe. Aber es ist ein nettes Spielzeug 🙂
The great Arber Lake ( Großer Arbersee) is one of the three lakes at the bavarian forest, and its a legacy of the last ice age. Its an natural reserve and at one side of the sea starts a area calleds Fairytale Forrst. I visit this area this year on a cloudy summerday, walked around the lake and tried to do some landscape pictures.
